Submitting an Adult Information Form (New Applicants / Change of Role)

All Adult Information Forms, should be submitted electronically using the Form below, by the Line Manager, or the applicant. If it is not possible to use the electronic form please contact the appointments secretary. DO NOT email application forms.

Applicants – Once you do this, please notify your Group Scout Leader, so they can arrange an ID Check, and process a Online PVG Application on your behalf. If your Group Scout Leader is not available, the District Appointments Secretary or District Commissioner can also carry out this task

Group Scout Leaders – If you add the person direct onto Compass, please ensure a copy of the form is also submitted so references can be sought and the appointment process completed.
