The Membership Fees payable in 2025 are as follows:
Scotland/UK £46 (50p for Early Payment)
South East Scotland Region £7.50
Midlothian District £5
Total £58.50 (£58 for Early Payment)
Invoices will be sent to Groups once their Census has been submitted so February 2025.
Scouts Scotland
After careful consideration, and following the recent announcement from UK Headquarters, the Scotland Trustee Board has decided to set the Scotland Membership Subscription for 2025-26 at £46 per youth member. This includes the UK membership subscription which has increased to £43 for 2025 and the Scotland Subscription which has increased to £3 for next year. There will still be a 50p rebate for early payment.
South East Scotland Scouts
I am writing to let you know that following careful consideration, the Regional Trustee Board has agreed that the Regional membership fee for 2025 will be £7.50, increasing from the previous rate of £6.60. This is the first time we have increased the membership fee since 2018 and reflects both the substantial increase in costs over that period but also the investment the Region are making to support Scout Groups and Districts across South East Scotland to continue to grow and deliver skills for life for young people.
Midlothian Scouts
Once again, there will be no change in the membership fees for Midlothian. It has been £5 for some considerable time.
